Once again I find myself looking out over the blank slate that is this summer. Last summer was quite eventful and I experienced a lot of new things. New projects came along for Racegirl Designs (now Streetfire) and some things in my personal life as well. Although most of last summer fizzled out like the leaves in the trees the boost that it gave to my business still remains. The projects I worked on during the summer and through the fall and spring semesters gave me the confidence I needed to continue building Streetfire Designs.

Although certain things have dampered my summer a bit, I can’t worry about them. Some things are out of my control and are not worth stressing about. I look at this summer with the hope that I can get my business, and myself as a designer, in a more experienced and professional position. I have a lot of great things going on in my life right now that the guy down below keeps trying to screw with… and me and God are not going to let him.
